Pitch Deck Self-Audit

Step 1 of 8

Before you start

This self-audit helps you evaluate how clearly your pitch deck communicates—not how polished it looks.

It looks at the parts of a pitch that need to make sense to someone encountering your company for the first time: the problem, the value, the opportunity, the business model, the evidence and the next step.

Answer based on what your current materials actually communicate, not what you intend them to communicate.

Most founders complete the audit in 8–10 minutes. There are no trick questions and no neutral answers. If something feels unclear, that’s useful information—not a failure.

What you’ll receive

After you submit the audit, you’ll receive:

  • An Overall Clarity Score
  • An overall score band
  • Five Priority Areas to Review
  • High-level guidance explaining what your responses may suggest
  • A question to help you pressure-test each priority area

Your results will appear immediately and will also be sent to you by email.

How to answer

For each statement, choose the option that best reflects your current materials.

If you’re torn between two answers, choose the one that feels less generous.

This is a self-assessment based on your responses.
