The Live Audit gives you my assessment of the deck you’re working on, considered alongside its audience and purpose. You’ll understand the reasoning behind my recommendations so you can make informed changes.
I’ll review your deck using the Perfect Pitch Deck Framework, my approach to structuring a startup’s story and deciding what each slide needs to communicate. I’ll consider those choices in relation to your audience and the purpose of your presentation. My review covers:
How clearly the value comes across. Can someone unfamiliar with the business understand the problem you address, what you make possible and why your approach matters?
Where the story becomes difficult to follow. I’ll identify gaps, repetition and sequencing issues that ask the audience to fill in too much for themselves.
What deserves space in the presentation. We’ll discuss what needs more explanation, what can be simplified and what belongs in supporting material.
How the design supports the message. I’ll assess readability, visual hierarchy and consistency, with recommendations for helping the audience see what matters.
The review brings those findings into a practical order for revisions, so you know where to begin.
You’ll send your deck and tell me about its audience, purpose and any concerns you want me to consider. I’ll review those materials in advance so our session can focus on the findings and your questions.
We’ll meet over Google Meet for 60–90 minutes, with 90 minutes reserved. I’ll explain my assessment, hear the context behind your choices and discuss how you can strengthen the presentation.
Within 48 hours of our session, I’ll send your written review incorporating our discussion, with recommendations and priorities you can refer to as you work on the deck.

The Audit includes my assessment, our live discussion and written recommendations. You’ll make the revisions yourself. If you’d like me to handle the writing or design, we can discuss a separate pitch deck engagement.

You’ll then choose an available meeting time. Appointments begin two days after purchase, subject to availability.
